At Cardashift, our mission is to foster sustainable development with products and services powered by blockchain technologies.
The very first product in our ecosystem, Cardashift Launchpad, aims to raise funds, build and accelerate startups that are solving social and environmental issues.
Cardashift has already raised $1.5M in September 2020 during a Private Sale to fund the design and development of Cardashift Launchpad. Its launch is scheduled in Q2 2022.
The purpose of the upcoming ICO is to develop key enablers beyond the launchpad to offer the best experience for future impact project leaders and impact project investors.
Our objective is to raise $8M.

Conditions of participation
- The Public Sale and Private Sale will be on first-come, first-served basis — funds will be handled by chronological order
- We will sell CLAP against ADA (in its Cardano native form only). Please not that Wrapped Tokens will be refused (For instance ADA BEP20 used on Metamask Or Trust Wallet).
- For receiving the funds, please use an ADA wallet compatible with Cardano native tokens (not only wrapped ones)— e.g. Yoroi, Daedalus, Nami, GeroWallet,…

⚠️ Warning: Do not use an exchange wallet address (Binance, Coinbase, etc) to receive the funds. In case of a dispute, it is more convenient to have a personal wallet address to receive CLAP.
However, there is no problem to send funds from an Exchange.
For the Flash Sale:
- Minimum contribution is 200 ADA: all the funds below that threshold won’t be returned
- Maximum contribution is 50,000 ADA: all funds above that threshold will be automatically moved to the Public Sale
For the Public Sale:
- Minimum contribution is 100 ADA: all the funds below that threshold won’t be returned
- Maximum contribution is 25,000 ADA: all funds above that threshold will be refunded
How to prepare for our ICO?
Cardashift will only accept ADA for both Flash and Public Sales. We recommend you to buy, then store ADA on a compatible wallet. Please check our tutorial: Buy and store your first ADA!
